Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: July 8, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the NoThirdParty AI platform (the "Service") by the subscribing organization ("Client") and Client's authorized users ("Users"). It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in warning, suspension, or termination of access as described in Section 5.
Because the Service runs on infrastructure we own and operate directly — without a cloud provider's content-moderation layer sitting in front of it — this AUP is what defines the boundaries of acceptable use, and gives us the contractual basis to act if those boundaries are crossed.
1. Prohibited Uses
Client and Users shall not use the Service to:
Illegal activity
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitate or engage in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right
Harmful or abusive content
- Generate content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
- Generate content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any individual or group
- Generate malware, ransomware, exploit code, or other tools designed to gain unauthorized access to or damage computer systems
- Generate content designed to deceive — including phishing content, deepfakes intended to impersonate real individuals without consent, or disinformation campaigns
Platform abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other clients' subdomains or data, or the underlying infrastructure
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through excessive automated querying, load testing without prior written consent, or denial-of-service activity
- Use the Service to build a competing hosted AI product for resale to third parties, except as expressly permitted under a separate reseller agreement with us
Misrepresentation
- Present Service outputs as being reviewed, verified, or endorsed by NoThirdParty AI where they have not been
- Use the Service in a manner that violates the underlying model's license terms (see Section 2)
2. Model License Compliance
The Service is powered by Qwen3.5, an open-weight model licensed under Apache 2.0. Client's use of the Service must not violate the terms of that license, including any usage-scale thresholds specified by the licensor. We will notify Client if a change in the underlying model or its license terms affects this section.
3. Client Responsibility for Users
Client is responsible for ensuring that all Users under Client's account comply with this AUP. Client shall promptly investigate and address any report of a User's non-compliance and shall cooperate with our own investigation of any suspected violation.
4. Enforcement
We may take the following actions in response to a suspected violation, at our discretion and proportionate to severity:
| Severity | Action |
|---|---|
| Minor, first-time, or ambiguous | Written notice requesting correction within 5 business days |
| Repeated or moderate | Temporary suspension of the affected account or feature pending investigation |
| Severe (illegal content, security threat, harm to minors, attack on infrastructure) | Immediate suspension or termination without prior notice |
Where we have a good-faith belief that content involves imminent harm to a person, exploitation of a minor, or an active security threat to our infrastructure or other clients, we reserve the right to access, review, and, where legally required, report the relevant account activity to appropriate authorities, notwithstanding the confidentiality commitments in our Terms of Service and DPA.
5. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected violation of this AUP, contact [email protected]. We will acknowledge reports within 3 business days.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Client at least 30 days before taking effect, except where changes are required to address an imminent security or legal risk.
7. Relationship to Other Agreements
This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, this AUP governs with respect to acceptable use, and the Terms of Service govern all other matters.
